Live chat for your website, with an AI that answers from your docs.
One script tag puts a chat bubble on your site. The AI answers visitors from the documentation you already wrote, and hands everything else to your team in a shared inbox. One flat price, no per-seat maths.
- Free plan forever
- One script tag
- Answers only from your docs
From zero to chatting in three steps
No SDK, no iframe wrestling, no onboarding call, no sales demo. You ship the tag yourself and you're answering questions the same afternoon.
-
Paste your URL. That's the setup.
It reads the documentation you've already published: your getting-started guide, your API reference, your changelog. Nothing to write, nothing to upload. You can still add files by hand.
-
Add one line to your site
Add a single line before </body>. The bubble appears in the corner of your site, in your colour, with your welcome message.
-
Answer together
Invite teammates, share saved replies, and get notified the moment a visitor writes. Jump into any conversation at any time.
Built for teams where support is somebody's third job
The AI takes the repeats. The inbox catches everything else. Neither one needs you to hire a support person first.
The bubble
What your visitors see
One script tag puts it in the corner of your site, in your colours.
- Your colour, your logo, your avatar, your welcome message
- Answers where the visitor already is: no contact form, no email thread
- A separate widget for each product you run
The answers
What makes it worth paying for
The AI replies from your documentation and only your documentation.
- No generic chatbot filler, no invented policies, no made-up API parameters
- Nothing matches? It fetches a human instead of guessing
- Still answering at 2am, or taking an email address if it can't
The control room
What you and your team live in
Every conversation from every widget, in one place you check when you choose to.
- Teammates and roles, on a flat price with no per-seat arithmetic
- Type / to send the answer you give every day
- Run the whole inbox from Claude over MCP, or push it anywhere by webhook
Also included: screenshots and files both ways, webhook delivery logs you can inspect and retry, and per-widget allowed-domain rules, so your key only works on your sites.
It can't make things up about your business
The scariest thing about putting an AI in front of your customers is that it might confidently tell them something false. Here is exactly why ours can't.
- Step 1
You upload your docs
Guides, FAQs, policies, changelogs. Per widget, so each site gets its own truth.
- Step 2
We split and index them
Every document is broken into small passages and embedded, so they can be searched by meaning, not keywords.
- Step 3
Every question retrieves first
A visitor asks. We find the passages that actually answer it, and those passages are the only material the model gets.
- Step 4
The answer stays inside them
Nothing matches closely enough, or it isn't confident? It hands the conversation to your team instead of guessing.
What "I don't know" looks like
A chatbot that invents a refund policy costs you more than one that admits a gap. The same rule covers prices, deadlines and account details. Every handoff pings your team and shows up in your inbox, so you learn exactly which doc to write next.
And the rest of the guardrails
- Personal data is stripped before the model sees it
Emails, phone numbers and card-shaped strings are redacted on the way into the AI pipeline.
- You can take over mid-conversation
Every AI reply lands in the same inbox as everything else. The moment you type a reply, the AI switches itself off and the visitor sees that you joined.
- You write the persona
Each widget gets its own system prompt and display name, so the AI sounds like your company rather than a robot.
We're new. Here's what that means for you.
There are no customer logos on this page, because we'd have to invent them. CornerBubble started in June 2026 and we're not going to pretend otherwise. You'd check, and you'd be right to.
That's the honest pitch for a new tool: not that betting on us is safe, but that being wrong about us is cheap. The free plan needs no card, so you can find out on your own site before any of this matters.
It's one script tag
Removing it takes about ten seconds and breaks nothing else on your site. There's no SDK to unpick and no data model to migrate off.
Your conversations are yours
Every conversation and message downloads as a file whenever you want one, on any plan, including the free one. You are never holding only our copy.
The price doesn't move
What you sign up at is what you keep paying. We've already done that once, when the old $9 plan was replaced and everyone on it kept $9.
Start free. Pay when it saves you time.
Chat and the shared inbox are free on every site you run, forever. You pay for one thing: how many of those sites you want the AI answering on. No per-seat arithmetic, and no meter running on every answer.

Cancel in one click, whenever you like: no form, no retention call, no "are you sure?" three times. And if a paid plan hasn't earned its keep in your first 30 days, email us and we'll refund the month.
One more promise, because we'd want it in writing too: whatever you sign up at is what you keep paying. If our prices go up later, yours doesn't. Here's exactly what that covers.
Not sure yet?
Ask us anything. Email support and a human replies. Answering questions is sort of our whole thing.
Email supportThe questions you'd ask if we were on a call
Answering questions is sort of our whole thing, so it would be odd to dodge yours.
What if the AI tells my customers something wrong?
It can't invent your policies, because it isn't answering from general knowledge. Your documents are split into passages and indexed. Every question is matched against those passages first, and only the matching ones are given to the model.
If nothing matches closely enough, or it isn't confident, it doesn't guess. It hands the conversation to your team and tells the visitor a human is coming. It's also told never to promise a refund, a price or a delivery date on your behalf. Here's the mechanism in full.
Who is actually answering these chats, me?
The AI takes the repetitive majority: the questions already covered by your docs. What's left lands in your shared inbox, and you answer it when you get to it.
When nobody's around, the visitor leaves their email instead of bouncing, and it's waiting for you in the morning. Live chat normally creates work. This is the version that removes some.
I could build this myself in a weekend.
Probably, yes. You'd need a widget, a websocket, a document chunker, an embedding store, a retrieval loop with a confidence threshold, a handoff path for when it fails, and a PII redactor. Then you'd maintain it while your users find its edges.
The question isn't whether you can. It's whether support tooling is what you want to have built this quarter, and whether you'd still want to own it in a year. If the answer is yes, genuinely, go and build it. You'll do a good job.
Am I too small for this?
For the paid plan, quite possibly. A rough test: how many support messages did you get last month? Under thirty and the AI won't save you enough to notice. The free plan is a complete live chat and it's genuinely yours to keep.
Past fifty a month, the repeats start dominating and that's where the AI pays for itself. We'd rather you upgrade late than churn early.
Do I need to write documentation before this is useful?
If you have a docs site, a README or a help centre, you're already done. That's the content. Upload it and the AI is useful the same afternoon.
If you have nothing written, then honestly: yes. The AI answers from what you upload, so an empty knowledge base means it politely hands everything to you. A couple of FAQ pages is enough to start.
The widget, the inbox, saved replies and offline messages all work from minute one with nothing uploaded. And every question the AI couldn't answer shows up in your inbox, which is a fairly good list of what to write next.
What happens to my chat data?
It lives in our PostgreSQL database on our own servers, not a reseller's. Emails, phone numbers and card numbers are stripped out of visitor messages before anything reaches the AI model.
Getting it back out doesn't require asking us, or paying us. There's an Export button in your inbox on every plan, including free, that downloads every conversation and message as a JSON file. On paid plans, webhooks also push each conversation to your own systems as it happens, and the MCP server exposes the same data to any AI assistant you connect.
Each widget also has an allowed-domains list, so your key only works on your sites.
What if you raise the price after I've built on this?
The price you sign up at is the price you keep. If we raise prices later it applies to new accounts, not yours. Getting wired into a tool and then squeezed is a real pattern, and the answer shouldn't be "trust us", so it's written down. We've already done it once: when the old $9 plan was replaced, everyone on it kept $9 and every feature they had.
You're new. What if CornerBubble disappears?
Honest answer: you can't know that, and anyone who promises otherwise is selling. What we can do is make being wrong cheap.
The widget is one script tag. Removing it takes ten seconds and breaks nothing else on your site. Every conversation downloads as a file whenever you want one, on any plan, so you're never holding only our copy. Questions to a real person: support@cornerbubble.com.
