The price you sign up at is the price you keep.
If our prices go up later, yours doesn't. Not for a year — for as long as you keep the plan.
Why we're putting it in writing
You're being asked to wire a chat widget into sites you're responsible for. The reasonable worry isn't whether it works — it's what happens in eighteen months, once removing it means a conversation with every one of them.
That pattern is real and this market has been through it. "Trust us" isn't an answer to it. This is.
What it covers
- Your price. The monthly figure you signed up at stays that figure. Price changes apply to new accounts.
- What that price includes. We don't move a feature you're already paying for behind a higher tier.
- For as long as you keep it. It's tied to the account, not to a promotional window. Cancel and come back later, though, and you'll sign up at whatever the price is then.
We've already done it once
CornerBubble used to have a single $9 plan. When we replaced it with Pro at $19 and Agency at $49, everyone on that $9 plan kept it — at $9, with every feature they had, including AI on an unlimited number of sites, which is more than $19 buys today.
They weren't migrated, grandfathered for a while, or emailed about an upcoming change. The old plan is simply still theirs. That's the promise working, not describing itself.
What it doesn't do
It doesn't stop us changing prices for new customers, and it isn't a guarantee that CornerBubble exists forever. Nobody can promise you that honestly. What we can do is make leaving cheap: the widget is one script tag, and every conversation downloads as a file whenever you want one, on any plan — including the free one.
Start on the free plan. There's no card to enter, so there's nothing to lock in yet.
